    1. What payment method do we accept right now?

    1) PayPal Payment for all orders with our PayPal account. 
    2) We can accept credit card if total value of the order is more than 100USD, there is the credit card option when your order amount is more than 100USD.
    3) Bank Transfer. For this payment method, two requirements should be met with.
    First, the total price of the order should be more than 500USD.
    Second, the shipping time would be delayed for 1 week. Because items are shipped after we get the payment. And it takes us a week to get the payment if customer pay the items via Bank Transfer.
    If you can meet the above requirements, please contact with us at cs@bornprettystore.com. And we'll email you our bank details.
    4) Western Union. Please you can add the items in your cart and send us an email, then we will offer you our Western Union information to pay the money. 

    2. What CURRENCY are we using for the items?

    All the items are in US Dollars. You could transfer the currency in your PayPal account. If any needs, you could email the PayPal company for help.

    3. Can you ship the item to our country?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. So please feel free to purchase items on our website. 

    4. How much is the shipping fee?

    We can ship free all over the world. 

    5. When will you ship our order?

    Orders will be processed in 1 - 3 working days after we get your order details and payment. For the long-time holiday, we'll post the info on our website and reply you automatically via emails.

    6. How will you ship our order?

    1) Items are always shipped via registered airmail. Registered airmail is free, and you can track it for more shipping informtion and it is safety for the parcel.
    3) We can also supply you EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT and so on. Usually you should get the package in 3-5 working days (in 1 week) according to our experience, but we will not pay for any customs duty if your country charge it.
    The DHL or EMS shipping is free if your total amount of non-liquid items is more than $200, and we can not ship any liquid items with DHL or EMS.
    If your non-liquid items are less than $200, you need pay for the DHL or EMS shipping by yourself, please you can send the email to cs@bornprettystore.com for the DHL or EMS shipping fee.

    7. Which shipping company are you used for the shipping?

    Usually your local post office will ship the parcel to your address.

    8. How long will receive the order?

    3-6 weeks for most of Asian country;
    3-6 weeks for United States, Australia, India, most of European country
    4-6 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines, Africa country, some other country;
    5-8 weeks for the South America country or some island country.

    9. Can you send a confirmation or tracking information after shipping?

    Yes, we will send you an email after the shipping, and you can also log in your account and check the order status or the tracking information.

    10. How can we have a return or refund?

    If you're not satisfied with our service or product quality for some reason, please contact us within 3 days after you get the package, you can return the products to us in original package and we will refund your money after we get the package!(Shipping cost is not refundable and you should be responsible for the return shipping).

    11. What about the import taxes or duties?

    Customers are responsible for the customs and import duties. We will declare the value as less as possible, but only on a reasonable basis. We ship hundreds of orders to worldwide one day, and it works fine.
